How far in advance should I book?

It’s never too early to lock in your date if you want to ensure the date is available. Ample time allows us to understand the project, vet ideas, choose colors, design a final layout and order material without rush fees.

When is the deposit/retainer due?

50% to hold the date and 50% due 7 days prior. $50 rush fee added if the event is within 14 days.

Is my deposit/retainer refundable?

Deposit/retainer is non-refundable but can be used for future date with same materials for original project.

Custom colors (or double stuffed) are created by inserting one balloon inside another to create new color options. Do you use biodegradable balloons?

How is your balloon pricing calculated?

Pricing varies depending on complexity, colors, sizes, and materials (foil, chrome, latex, specialty). When you receive your quote, you will see the cost of Balloons per Foot. This is a linear foot and here is an example of how it is calculated:
